Chocolate Chip Honey Cake
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 3/4 c. honey
- 1 c. strong coffee
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. baking soda
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 small pkg. chocolate chips (3oz.)
Instructions
- Heat oven to 325 degrees.
- Sift together dry ingredients.
- Cream sugar and margarine together.
- Add 1 egg at a time to batter.
- Bake in a 10 inch greased angel food cake pan for 1 hour or until cake tests dry.
- Cool and turn out of pan.
