Chocolate Chip Honey Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 c. margarine
• 3/4 c. honey
• 1 c. strong coffee
• 3 eggs
• 1 c. sugar
• 3 c. flour
• 1 tbsp. baking soda
• 1 tbsp. baking powder
• 1 small pkg. chocolate chips (3oz.)

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Sift together dry ingredients.
3. Cream sugar and margarine together.
4. Add 1 egg at a time to batter.
5. Bake in a 10 inch greased angel food cake pan for 1 hour or until cake tests dry.
6. Cool and turn out of pan.
